Isatis Capital is pleased to announce that it has acquired a minority stake, via the funds it manages, in Wiiisdom, a French software company specialised in data quality reporting.
Founded by Sebastien Goiffon in 2007, Wiiisdom (formerly GB and SMITH) is a key player in the Lille French Tech scene, specialised in software publishing. The company built its success on SAP BusinessObjects and recently repositioned itself in the growing data quality reporting market. It is now integrating with other technologies such as Tableau Software and Microsoft Power BI. The French company has more than 600 customers worldwide and generates almost 60% of its turnover in the United States. Thanks to its multi-BI and modular service, it works with 80% of the companies in the CAC40 and has some excellent references such as the FED, Lockheed Martin, the American Army, the New York Stock Exchange and Harley Davidson. The company head office is based in Lille, and covers North America thanks to offices in Boston and Montreal.
“Our customers have traditionally purchased our governance solutions for SAP BusinessObjects in order to optimise platform management and limit risks. Today, organisations use an average of five different business analytics tools. We aim to provide our solutions across all business analytics tools on the market: Qlik, Looker, etc, in addition to the technologies we already cover," Sebastien Goiffon, president of Wiiisdom.

"Our solutions are particularly suited to large organisations that process large volumes of data. This is even more applicable when they are tightly regulatedThis is why we work almost exclusively with the world's largest organisations, particularly in finance and healthcare, but also with various governments and public administrations. We probably have the best portfolio of major American accounts from the whole of French Tech!" adds the president of Wiiisdom.
"We are delighted to be able to contribute to Wiiisdom’s development. Sébastien Goiffon has built up this software publisher over the past 15 years, and already has a major international focus. This transaction is a perfect reflection of Isatis Capital's commitment to supporting ambitious French SMEs," Lucas Cornette, Investment Director, Isatis Capital.
