Isatis Capital announces the sale of Nova Consulting to the TALAN Group

Isatis Capital announces the acquisition of Nova Consulting, which it had supported since 2018, by the Talan Group.

About the Transaction

Founded in 2006, Nova Consulting is a human-sized strategy consulting boutique that supports companies in their strategies and growth projects. Nova Consulting combines in-depth knowledge of consumer trends with statistical predictive modeling approaches in emotionally driven sectors.

Thanks to its recognized expertise in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, and branding, the firm has established itself over the past 20 years as a key partner to major international groups, institutions, and local authorities. Among its longstanding clients are La Française des Jeux, Groupe Crédit Agricole, the Louvre Museum, Valrhona, Disneyland Paris, and Eiffage.

The firm currently employs 40 people and generated revenues of approximately €10 million in 2024.

Nova has developed strong expertise, particularly in marketing and sales, serving both general management and business units. Supported for several years by Isatis Capital, the group has leveraged its recognized know-how to diversify its client base.

In addition to its European activities, Nova has gradually established a presence in Asia and North America.

Following a competitive sale process led by M&A advisory firm Investec, the shareholders selected a reputable partner as acquirer: the TALAN Group. Present on five continents across 21 countries, the Group employs 7,000 people and aims to reach €1 billion in revenue by the end of 2025.
