Milexia completes acquisition of CEL

Lyon-based CEL, Composants Electroniques Lyonnais, founded in 1986 by Alain Gorrec, is a value-added distributor that has become a renowned specialist, particularly in the railway sector.

CEL offers its customers broad access to electronic components and subsystems, telecom connection products and chemicals. Its tailor-made services revolve around the supply and realization of complete technical solutions: from the definition of the customer's needs, through the design phase, to the delivery and integration phase.

This acquisition brings on board a dynamic team of over 30 employees, providing Milexia France with synergy and a perfect complement to its know-how. The group thus continues its uninterrupted growth. Since Isatis Capital acquired a stake in Milexia alongside Société Générale Capital Partner and Bpifrance, this is the company's sixth acquisition in Europe.

The CEL teams reinforce our Group's position as Europe's leading value-added technology distributor.
