Isatis Capital supports the Bioswell group

Isatis Capital has announced that it has worked with Ludovic Bossé to create the Bioswell Group, the result of the merger between Impact Pro and Impact Pro Distribution, AD Fert and Interfert, and intends to support it in its development ambitions in the agricultural fertiliser and biostimulant sector. This new player now has a turnover of €50 million and a staff of around twenty.

Bioswell specialises in the design, manufacture and marketing of mineral fertilisers and biostimulants, as well as in the trading of mineral and organic co-products. The Bioswell group is positioned as a major player in sustainable agriculture through its responsible and effective products. Each subsidiary has been able to build customer loyalty thanks to their ability to adapt and their support for professionals in the sector. Bioswell is positioned in a market that is undergoing rapid change and is increasingly moving towards the use of organic fertilisers and biostimulants to replace chemical fertilisers and pesticides. At a time when certain raw materials are increasingly difficult to find, Bioswell's supply capabilities are key to the Group's development.

With its expertise in the sector, Bioswell wishes to activate several growth levers already identified such as the diversification of its offer but also the activation of commercial synergies.

Bioswell now wishes to take a new step in its organic development in order to absorb the growth of its activity while consolidating its market through external growth operations.
