Isatis Capital invests in the CET Ingénierie Group

Founded in 1965 by Christian Curtet, CET Ingénierie is an engineering company specialised in construction. Its areas of expertise include project management, structural and technical studies (heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, smoke extraction, low and high voltage electricity, external works) and construction economics. On behalf of public and private sector clients, CET Ingénierie carries out projects in four key areas: new housing and refurbishment; institutional works; health infrastructure; and research laboratories. Through its subsidiary, Gaya Développement Durable, the group has also developed expertise in building environmental quality.

CET Ingénierie has over 200 employees and 4 regional offices: Paris, Lyon, Lille and Le Havre. The group manages more than 150 projects a year on behalf of its clients, totalling nearly €1 billion in underlying works.

Having just moved to new premises in Clichy (92), the group's aim is to continue its development with financial and strategic support from Isatis Capital. The objective is to expand its regional coverage and develop new skills in order to better serve its clients, both through organic development and external growth operations.
