Isatis Capital supports CET Ingénierie in the acquisition of BATISERF

A Promising Acquisition for CET Ingénierie

Completed at the end of 2025, this transaction marks a key milestone in the development strategy of CET Ingénierie, a leading player in building engineering, active in residential, institutional, and healthcare infrastructure projects. Isatis Capital has been supporting the company since September 2022.

Founded over 45 years ago and based in Fontaine, at the heart of the Grenoble metropolitan area, Batiserf is a structural engineering consultancy specializing in all materials and façades, renowned for its high technical expertise. The company has strong references in designing complex projects, relying on both traditional construction methods and innovative solutions incorporating bio-based materials.

This integration strengthens CET Ingénierie’s structural engineering capabilities while preserving the identity, autonomy, and know-how that have made Batiserf reputable. Leveraging this technical expertise and the robustness of its organization, CET Ingénierie now offers an expanded range of services capable of meeting increasingly complex project requirements for its clients. The combined group achieves approximately €30 million in revenue, with nearly 200 employees across the country.

As part of the transaction, Philippe Clément, founder of Batiserf, will support the handover over the coming years, ensuring essential managerial and technical continuity for a smooth and successful integration.

By supporting CET Ingénierie in this external growth operation, Isatis Capital reaffirms its commitment to working alongside management teams, backing projects focused on knowledge transfer, long-term sustainability of expertise, and value creation.
