Founded in 1989 by Tristan Terme (President) and Cécile Métrailler (Chief Financial and Administrative Officer), and later joined by Fabrice Ambrosse (Sales Director), Axe Informatique relies on a network of around ten offices across France and the loyalty of over 2,000 clients. With a team of approximately 100 employees, the company has built a strong reputation in a specialized niche. Over the years, Axe Informatique has developed deep expertise in implementing and advising on digital management tools, payroll outsourcing, HR management, as well as IT outsourcing and cybersecurity. The Group is a trusted partner of leading software providers for SMEs, including Sage, Silae, Pennylane, and Codial.
In a context where SME digitalization remains incomplete but full of market opportunities, Axe Informatique positions itself as a strategic partner, guiding businesses through every step of their digital transformation.
The management team chose Isatis Capital as the lead investor (with BPI France also participating) to restructure the company’s capital through an MBO. This operation aims not only to better align the interests of all stakeholders but also to strengthen the governance of this SME.
The growth plan is built on two pillars: first, maintaining and reinforcing internal growth, which has been the primary driver of Axe’s development so far; and second, expanding the company’s regional footprint through an active M&A strategy, as the integrator market remains highly fragmented across the country.
The teams at Isatis Capital are excited to support Axe Informatique in taking a significant step forward in its development.
Together, we will continue to innovate, grow, and build an ambitious, sustainable digital future that is closely aligned with the needs of SMEs.
Tristan Terme
CEO of AXE Informatique
